doesn't open to external page. If you rate anything a 1 the color of the slider doesn't change so it makes me paranoid that it looks like I didn't answer.

Set up is kind of strange, tiny sliders. One of the questions is set up as a "if you answered yes" response but you still have to answer it even if you said no to the previous one.
