Not much from a questions standpoint. 5 training tasks, 6 assessment questions then 30 real questionsCons
20 second wait for each trial makes this low pay..chance to be kicked out after 5 minutes if you dont get the assessment questions right.

10 seconds was too long for even the challenging ones.Also, "English has no true synonyms". "Glisten", "glimmer", and "gleam" are all synonyms according to a thesaurus, yet each has specific connotations that make them different.
There are a lot of these where not only the individual words but even the actual phrase technically means the same thing, yet it would be a bizarre substitution/weird word-choice, or it breaks the grammar of the surrounding sentence, or the original phrase was a specific proper noun or a term of art (in which case no substitution, however similar in meaning, can be correct).
