This requester rejected me because I'd 'completed the survey previously'.As I complete hundreds and hundreds of surveys day in day out, I can not remember every single one. A lot of surveys ask similar questions. This one had nothing memorable about it, like most surveys.
I sent the requester a message suggesting that they set up a qualification so that workers are unable to do their surveys more than once (like most requesters do).
The requester chose not to change the rejection status, stating; '...it does raise questions about how much attention or effort the respondent is giving towards the survey if they cannot recall whether they’ve done it before.' A bit insulting really when you know that you put your all into every survey.
Again, a lot of us do hundreds or even thousands of surveys but if there is nothing amazing, unique or memorable about one then it is unlikely to be remembered.
Advice to Requester
Unfair rejections lead to a worker wasting their time that could have been used on other tasks. It also means a decrease in their approval rate which means the quality of tasks available to them becomes lower. This means a lower income.Unethical practice to say the least.
