"How often do you look online for health information?" skips right from multiple/month to only once/yr."What is the approximate time from the first time you searched for online health information until you schedule a doctor appointment?" entirely assumes whatever I was searching for requires further action, which is NOT AT ALL a valid assumption. If I need to go to the doctor for whatever I was searching for, I will almost always make that appt immediately. If it's home-treatable, or if the doc's just going to tell me to take OTC's, or if I was purely searching out of curiosity, I will not make an appt at all.
