* This is a make-up HIT for one that previously had issues (see "Cons")* It took a few messages, but the requester did respond and was willing to work out a satisfactory resolution to the issue. The technical issue with the original HIT and the delay both were attributed to the requester's lack of experience with the platform. After their initial return message, however, they were acceptably communicative and very transparent about the process.
Will confirm the bonus once received.

* Had an issue with a previous HIT where I waited an hour and a half for it to load before being forced to return it before it expired. Ended up having to send the requester a few emails before getting a response, as the HIT had stated that there would be compensation for wait times.

They removed my block within ~12 hours of contact, though their response seemed kind of odd.Cons
Often take 20 minutes or longer, but you're mostly just waiting for the assistant to respond. I contacted them because an assistant left without activating the submit button once and I wanted to receive a compensation HIT, they never responded. I'm also blocked now too.
