No survey code given.Rejected. I notified the requester immediately when I didn't get a survey code. The rejection said "There were survey code instructions at the end. Did not pay attention to instructions, and attention was required for this survey." It is very rare indeed, when I notify a requester for no survey code that the HIT was rejected. I will update if Requester contacts me. This is a new Requester.
