Wrote this to Scott:Your bot needs work. I did one earlier today and had to return it after trying in Firefox, Chrome & Safari. This chat session was extremely slow and I guarantee you will not get customers like this. Also the instructions said that there was a focus group number at the top of the chat. There was not one. I even asked "Scott" about it twice. I think your service sounds good but you'd be better off using a web interface instead of an unresponsive bot. Good luck on your venture. Thanks.
