- Once you get to the end page where you get your code and also enter your ID, DO NOT EXIT OUT OF THE PAGE. You'll notice the progress bar is only at 50% and once you click to submit the survey it goes back to the beginning to review every single page/answer which you can continue just clicking the arrow until it's submitted.- The formatting of the survey was also weird with having to manually type 1-4 or 1-7 for different preferences instead of bubbles... when some others questions had bubble answers, sometimes even on the same page.

Survey interface is slightly annoying since you have to type the number in for most of the answers.Looks slightly broken since it looped back through the survey when you finish while the progress bar is half filled, but it saves all the answers so you don't have to reenter them.

Fairly easy, but 'bubbly'.Cons
When you advance from the survey code page, it weirdly goes through all of the cat questions again, with your previous answers still intact. The survey doesn't register at 100% until you click through them all again. Not sure what the point was? Was I supposed to double check my answers?
