When you have two sets of identical questions, but use different scales for them, of course you're going to get different responses. There's no way to get identical matches when you use a 10 point scale vs a 4 point scale.Average time is just that, an average. There's going to be people who work faster and those who work slower. Frankly I'm not sure how the average is 10, since the questions were super easy and repetitive. Its not hard to be quick on hits like this, since the questions repeat 75% of the time.

There is no matching between rating and ranking the scenarios. This with the time of 5m while the average is 10m, makes me believe that the worker didn't pay attention during the survey
