Hypothetical, followed by a few pages of questions. Task for bonus. Short demographics, with an additional page or two of questions and an exit writing prompt.Small bonus op.
Edit (6/10): Had to follow up on the bonus as it wasn't paid. Took a day or two to receive a response and then a couple more days before they resolved the issue. Was expecting a 14 cent bonus, but they paid me $1 as compensation for their error. Adding a communication rating.

Multiple writing prompts that have absolutely nothing even vaguely arguably to do with the rest of the questions, actual questions start right off with "imagine you're somebody in a completely different situation that you would never get into including several decisions you would not make"
