I must have accidently submitted the HIT before reaching the 8 word minimum that they wanted. I'm not sure why they would allow the HIT to submit if the character minimum wasn't reached. I've sent three messages in an effort to establish contact about my concerns. I offered to complete a compensation HIT for free in exchange of a reversal. There has been zero correspondence back and this requestor has since posted this same (under paid) batch on the platform. Regardless how slow it is DO NOT resort to completing HITs for this requestor! There is not contact information beyond MTurk listed, and they don't respond to messages. So far I haven't found a company or school affiliation to reach out to either, so there is no recourse if they HIT you with any unfair rejections.**UPDATE: This requestor has responded, and explained that these HITs will automatically reject if too brief of a written response is detected. They have agreed to reverse this rejection and not require me to complete a compensation HIT at no payment for this to happen. This certainly earns more respect as long as this promise is met.
