Just like every other covid survey. Accidentally retook this one, was summarily rejected (obvs). It was unintentional; took more time on the second entry than the first, so obviously a mistake. Suggested to requester to implement their choice of duplicate avoidance measures. Took a hit to approval rating, but more demoralizing than anything else.Advice to Requester
Looking back through my database, I do see a survey with the same name and from you. It was not my intent to submit a duplicate response, whatsoever. There are multiple free tools that you, as a requester, can implement to avoid this situation wholesale. Please take advantage of them. Please spare other workers the hit to their approval rating due to your apathy regarding implementation of proactive measures to avoid honest mistake duplicates. Throughout this pandemic there have been numerous surveys named exactly the same or quite close. The relationship between requester and worker is a bond of responsibility of both parties' part. You have neglected your end of the deal by ignoring safeguards freely available to you. For my part, I invested time and effort and have been rewarded with a rejection. My hope is that you implement any one of multiple screening scripts before releasing any more traps for diligent workers. Good day.

a bunch of writingRejected - Apparently I'm not the only person to be rejected for "Duplicate response".
The HIT didn't even have the same title. Imagine doing dozens of Coronavirus surveys a day and trying to figure out if you did this exact one with all the same questions as the others. A requester from an institution like Harvard which runs hundreds of surveys should be aware of simple measures to prevent this from happening.
