Extremely repetative although easy and goes on forever with no progress bar. Almost ran out of time since the timer is short if you wait to start. Req has low approval rate with rejection history and appears to be ACs mixed in

77% approval rating. A very monotonous survey, with attention checks, buried in it. You need to be very careful with this one.Advice to Requester
Just boot us from the survey once a check is missed. That way we aren't penalized if we make a mistake. Also, you would get usable completed surveys and save both you and us from rejections. You should care about your approval rating too.
