Somewhat threatening legalese, attention checks, endless repetitious bubbles. No code at end of survey, but since it had previously asked me for my worker ID and that it would only be used for payment purposes, I also entered my ID in place of what looked like a suspect pre-filled completion code. I hope that was OK.
