Not really a survey, but a task to check if places sold gift cards or not. It took a while because of redirecting and loading lag. It was not fun. It also didn't say whether gift certificates counted as cards.

Four short answer writing.There was a period at the end of the survey code which makes you wonder if it's part of the code or actually just a period to signify the end of the sentence. Drives me nuts.
