Pros
Love doing UserBob hits. i find them to be quite fun. I enjoy talking out loud about sites to help the clients figure out how to tweak it to make it better and user friendly. These hits are very easy to do; he gives you complete instructions. He's very very good at communicating with you should you run into any problems or if there's issues with the work you turn in. Very polite and professional. Pays very well on all of them. I've done hits for him for a few years now. Really enjoy them. Any time I've had questions or ran into anything and reached out, he was quick to get back to me. If he ran into issues with my recordings, he was quick to let me know and not ban me from future hits he produced.
Cons
None that come to mind unless you don't like to talk out loud!dmcal813 Fast Reader

Pros
HITs are always fun and interesting. I actually find it so much easier to give web/app developers feedback via screen recording instead of trying to write out an explanation.Requester is very responsive and will give tips and a chance to redo the task instead of rejecting your work.
Pay is quite generous on most HITs. Once you get a feel for it, you can do the tasks a lot quicker. I personally like to check the quality of my screen recordings before submitting them. It's just force of habit, but you can do them much quicker if you don't.
Fast approval and ongoing bonus for filling out demographics survey.
Cons
I can't think of any, unless you don't like making voice recordings, then you'll hate doing these but personally it's a plus for me.DarrenMT Fast Reader

Pros
Easy and was actually fun to do.I should also note that this Requester is one of the few I have seen that will actually sometimes pay a bonus for reporting a bug in their HITs. Most will email you and say "thanks" (if that)...but I've actually by paid a bonus by UserBob for reporting a technical issue.
I'm using this HIT to note that generosity, because the bonus was paid on a HIT that I didn't type a review on at the time and so the window to review it (and mention any bonus) had passed. I didn't, however, like the idea of letting the Requester's generosity go by without a compliment, so I added that "wow, that was nice of you!" note here.
Cons
None.
