After contacting their IRB I finally got a response from the requester and the rejection has been reversed. For anyone that has not heard back from the requester I encourage you to either email him directly or contact their IRB department because when I explained the situation they spoke to him and assured me they would step in again if the requester failed to contact me. So kudos to their IRB!This was rejected almost instantly claiming "manipulation checks not answered accurately". I went through this survey twice and did not see where I missed anything and the survey does not kick you out if you do miss it because I purposely messed one up just to see what would happen. Have sent a message. This is my first rejection in a very long time. What a bummer. I did a search using this requesters name and I may have found the IRB information so here is to hoping I can find out more info since the requester has not responded to messages.
For the amount of bubbles and attention checks this was underpaid.
I actually had to whip out my calculator for one of the ACs.
Extensive demographics and brief writing at the end.

Rejection overturned ... never even e-mailed them. Thanks to whoever complained. I'd still be weary over this requester.Cons
Rejected for "Not all attention checks were answered correctly."Always run into one of these guys a week. Either ridiculous AC checks or just a scammer. Unsure which and could care less. Be warned.

Very bubbly, not sure how other got it done so quickly. Some attention checks seems to be more geared towards tricking people than making sure you are paying attention.
