I have tried communicating with this requester twice regarding the rejection. As stated above the reason was stated as "No data was submitted". I emailed with a description of the survey and my completion code, offered to resubmit via email. And every tactic in the TV book to attempt a solution. I was never contacted back by the requester. At this point I am simply going to block the requester and accept that I have a rejection for a reason I simply can not explain. I have no idea why the data would not have submitted.
I would avoid this requester.
Advice to Requester
Respond to workers when you are rejecting them, respond to workers simply because you want quality work and we want to provide that for you and may need clarification at times.

Advice to Requester
If you can't afford to pay, don't play.Be fair, ethical and honest.
It's actually easy to do.
You can keep the buck, but at least do the right thing and reverse the unwarranted rejection.
