Grossly underpaid. It's a lot of work they want you to get through for not a lot of money. And they keep threatening you that they will reject willy nilly if you don't follow the frankly vague instructions and the huge document to the letter.While turkerview lists them as has not having given anyone a rejection, they are currently listed as having an approval rate of 31% on mTurk. They started out with about 6000 or so HITs and when I finally got around to doing it just so that I could have a decent review on the board, they were down to 270 hits. With that in mind, that means that out of a ceiling of 5730, they rejected 4084 HITs from workers.
In short, just don't even bother. This guys are cruel.
