I messaged them about what happened and asked if they could set up a compensation hit for me. They emailed back after a couple days that they had put one up for me.Cons
Have to download their app and wait for upload.Amazon logged me out so submitting the hit did not go through and there was no way for me to submit the hit.

Did initial part on laptop then had me download an app to do the study. After completing that on my phone I had to submit on my laptop. No code or anything so not sure how they are linking the work done on my phone in their app to my MTurk account. Never entered any information linking the two together. Reached out to requester after completing just to cover my bases.
