I'm pretty sure she set a new record this afternoon on quick response times when an MTurk participant has a problem with a survey.Yes, at a quick glance, her HITs are nothing out of the ordinary. The pay might not look great, and the subject matter doesn't make them stand out. But there's something hidden, a kind of unspoken guarantee that you don't get from most Requesters...she not only answers you if there's a problem (which in and of itself helps her stand out from about 1/2 the Requesters on this platform)..but she tends to answer you FAST in my experience!
I reported an issue with a Qualtrics error today, and within around three minutes..boom! Reply in my email inbox apologizing for Qualtrics's mistake (which to be fair, wasn't even her fault, Qualtrics just does that sometimes) and noting that she had approved the HIT submission.

Literally nobody ever decides the "maximum price they are willing to pay" for a new winter coat based solely on number of "installments" to pay for it. Also, what kind of buffoon would stop using a browser because it asked to update? Literally every browser does that, it's an important feature, not some sort of misbehavior. Telling me I "click create account" doesn't make that something I would do, and asking for email address is a TOS violation. I know for a fact you've had some of these issues pointed out on previous underpaid trash, so I will not be doing any more of your HITs.
