-Writing. The hit is virtually all writing. You have to read a statement from an ethical code of conduct and give an example of 3 different actions in relation to this statement. Each of the 3 responses should be 1-2 sentences in length (with a max character limit of 250). You will repeat this process about 5 times.

The game starts at a later time after the training and lasts for 12 rounds in total. Initial bonus is $26 + base pay($4) for completing 12 rounds. Possible additional small bonus for going longer.Cons
HIT sequence is complicated in that you must do a 15 min training video, take a test and then wait to see if you pass. The game moves through its sequence with timers, so you must be paying attention so that you stay active in the game.

Pay is very high - both hourly, and for the size of the HIT itself. Task isn't crazy hard once you understand what is being asked and how the scenarios worked. The first one took me forever to fully understand, but after you start to get it, it gets a lot easier.Cons
You have to have pretty high reading comprehension, and take the time to really understand what is being asked of you up front.
