1. Requester responds to my initial email within minutes of me contacting them. "I couldn't see any data file with your participant code in it. I'm not sure what went wrong. I'm running this experiment for my professor. How do I allow you to do the HIT again?"

2. I complete the HIT a second time, make sure it submits fully, send screenshot proof + Amazon's document about how a requester can overturn a rejection, silence.

3. Follow up the next day inquiring about having this overturned, silence

4. Follow up a final time, now leaving rejection review.

The HIT provides no University contact info or IRB. The requester seems new to the MTurk platform as a requester and once they realized that it would be too much of their time to overturn this rejection decided to ghost me entirely.

Can be done a little faster, but I wouldn't think by much.

Cons

Underpaid, not sure if it was made longer than previous versions.
Plus, feel like there is a possibility of rejection, so if my numbers weren't so high/ strong, I probably wouldn't have risked this.
Typing, if that bothers you.

HORRIBLY UNDERPAID.

Listen to 48 audio clips approx 7 seconds in length, type each from memory, then rate level of accentendless, then listen to all 48 AGAIN and rate on how understandable they are. Even as a fast typist, this was torture.
