Hourly is decent but if your hit is going to screen out 95%+ of participants it needs to pay significantly higher or utilize a screening hit. A few people are looking at $11/hr while the vast majority get a 2 minute $0 hit.VERY detailed and long screener. Even if you pass the demographic and career history screening you then get to knowledge based screening questions on SEC regulations that most people just aren't going to be familiar with, especially since the questions involve recently changed regulations.
Basically they're looking for audit CPAs or recently graduated MBAs with a finance specialty
