you have to connect your spotify account. mine is connected to my facebook, so it's a little iffy. you can disconnect their app from your account here: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/apps/ (they didn't give this link, which would have been nice. in fact, they didn't even say you can disconnect, so i might leave it until this approves just to be safe)one page survey, then play with their service. time depends on how long you spend on the service, but you're required to spend at least 6 minutes. then there's a 4 page survey (google form). very minimal writing afterwards.
you have to 'thumbs up' or 'thumbs down' songs, and since it's connected to spotify i'm not sure if those things are reflected on your account.
