Was rejected for not answering an attention check on political representation of a persons resume . I was being as careful as possible with as short a timer, and with my reading as an average rate, I don't think there is a way to articulate the resume's political representation if I was focused more on being certain the candidate had the skills for the job. In the end I'm walking away feeling ethical knowing I tried my best :)Advice to Requester
If a survey attention check is missed, please consider that the survey is rejected at the time of the missed attention check, this way the worker knows with certainty that survey is rejected due to their error, and saves the requester time. Also, consider longer timers when it comes to reading and memorization of material. Most likely if the attention check was missed it was likely at the end feeling pressured by the timer. please consider a longer timer. Also, I don't think that political orientation really holds credence in this type of survey -- please PLEASE consider that most workers --myself included-- find this biased, especially in the current climate of today when its used as an attention check.

The Worker did not answer the attention-check question correctly. The directions for the survey stated that a worker must answer the attention-check questions correctly in order to receive compensation.

Advice to Requester
Please set up your survey so that it will end for the worker if an attention check is missed. There are a lot of rejections from your survey today, and this hurts workers and your reputation on the site. Also potentially reconsider how your survey was written so that attention checks are not so easily missed because this is reflecting an unusual number of good workers being rejected.
