This was rejected for completing the hit too fast with the following reason being given: "Sorry to tell you that I have to reject the work that finished in 1min10s or less"However, the only other review (as of the time of me writing this 11/16/18) was also rejected for completion in under "1min 30s" Given that we were both given different times for rejection (and in the case of the other reviewer he DID finish over 1min 10s so he should have been ok according to my rejection. )This seems really scammy and you might want to approach further hits with caution.
