Update: Rejection reversed after the 30 day time limit since I was told they were contacting Amazon to see what could be done about that.Cons
Update: My first message was ignored. I sent a second message last week days before the 30 day Amazon reversal limit. I sent it to the researcher address and their IRB. I finally received a response saying they knew the rejection reversal limit was over the timeframe but they would contact Amazon to see what could be done. I was not going to bother until I checked this page again seeing rejections were being overturned. So while a bit inconvenient I messaged them again to both departments, was polite, and explained what happened, so the outcome was positive. Would I work for them again? Unsure. Just glad this was reversed. I had also told them in a follow up communication that Amazon has indeed reversed rejections past 30 days citing the incident with mass rejections for a certain requester a while back. So as angry as I was it pays to be polite even when the rejection is not justified.*sigh* No, I am not a new user. Sent a message. Do not expect this outcome to be positive. I had a bad feeling about this hit lol. Should have listened to my intuition.
Advice to Requester
If your criteria are so strict be more upfront about it on the hit page and have an automatic disqualification on the demographics page instead of allowing us to proceed with the survey.
