Wow. I mean.. just, wow. I was confused by people reviewing this saying the questions were a bit weird so I thought I'd give it a spin. There are a lot of questionable studies on MTurk where you only really have the option of saying you're a racist women hating horrible person but this one was probably the worst survey I've seen in the last 2 years in that regard.Not only were the scales basically "have you spent every waking second of your current/last job giving more thought to someone's gender or actually accomplishing your work" but there were multiple questions that asked you to rate how often you were a racist jerk (so you'd expect never/occasionally/sometimes/always) but instead the researcher handed you a strongly disagree/agree scale instead.
Abhorrently sloppy work out of these researchers. I honestly rarely mind figuring out bubble layout for what they meant/intent, but there is absolutely no way for this research to produce anything other than extremes. For anyone who just went in to work and didn't actually give consideration to race/gender in every single millisecond of their day this survey is absolute garbage and gives you no viable option of letting the researchers know you just treat other humans as humans.
Plus the hourly is hot garbage. They even suggest this should take 30 full minutes and are "nice" enough to give you 45 to do it.

Poorly worded questions slowed me down. A lot of the situations didn't apply to me but there was no way to indicate that.
