Writing x2.Must give them the email you used from part 1. My guess is since they're not collecting worker IDs, this is how they are keeping track. I actually have a couple of old emails, so hopefully I used the right one from the one I gave them a month ago.

They require an email for the follow upAdvice to Requester
There's a way to use the survey taker's Mturk ID to send them the follow up survey so you don't have to ask for an email. I'm not sure how it's done because I've never been a requester, but it's worth looking into because more people will be willing to work for you if they don't have to post an email address.
