I don't know why my ratings would be considered unreasonable. I did double check the instructions before submitting. I was confused by the one question which was "I can talk/interact with the game" because it was not applicable at all to the game. I marked it as a neutral rating because I didn't think I could leave a blank rating and move on and could not find anything in the instructions portion detailing how to deal with this.
