You will be answering a number of questions related to what you do at work, that may be non-work related. Upon completion, it is expected that you continue with our study and answer 2 surveys (evening and morning), Monday - Friday for 2 weeks. These additional surveys will take only less than 5 minutes, 40 cents each. and you will be awarded extra compensation, per survey. If you complete 75% of them (15 surveys), you will be awarded an extra bonus ($1), and if you complete all but 1 (19 surveys), you will receive a larger additional bonus ($2). Again, the total amount coming to be $11. We appreciate your participation**
