Pros
-Auto approves, no rejections. As long as you keep your accuracy above a certain percentage (which is constantly displayed in the HIT frame), and are doing the minimum or above required amount, you're good.-Guaranteed bonus based on how much more than the required amount you do. The highest i've gotten on one HIT was a 26 cent for getting 5/5 approved, but generally 3 seems to be the most that most people will approve (which is an 11 cent bonus, making the entire hit worth 16 cents).
-Pays out same day, HIT and Bonus payment.
-Work is really easy, if it's your kind of thing.
-Bonuses and base pay combined, I average about $13/hr
Cons
-If it's not your kind of thing, you're going to hate it.-Your work is being graded by other turkers in a separate HIT, so what you thought made sense they may not think made sense.
-Grinding them for a long period of time is hard even if you enjoy them, so I do them in 10 or 15 minute bursts.

Approvals and bonuses are usually processed within minutes.The work is interesting.. Its like a good mental puzzle, except you get paid for it.
The instructions are pretty good & well fleshed out with examples, but it can be helpful to start with the reviews so you see how other workers are answering questions yourself. For me doing that gave a much better understanding of the task.
Hourly can be variable and depends on your natural ability on the tasks. The Requester suggests 30s/HIT, I tend to average 40s/HIT.
Cons
It can take quite a long time to get into a flow/understanding on these HITs.The work can be difficult depending on the sentence you draw. Skipping around means your hourly will decrease, so its probably best to "push through"
Your answers are judged by other workers, so there can be some variance in bonus approval.
The autocomplete answer field for these can be cumbersome to work with. The controls, while documented, don't really feel great to use (clicking/highlighting answers, populating the question field, etc).

Quick approval time (within minutes) and feedback for agreement is provided in each hit to let you know how you are doing. The requester has also been awesome with resolving issues in the past.Cons
After doing over a thousand of these hits in the past I've been unable to keep my agreement score up. Take your time and be careful during your grace period!
