I missed the survey code when doing this and noticed it when I was reviewing my answers then emailed. They got right back to me and told me I was two points from the pass mark and offered to let me retake the survey.Cons
Some of the categories overlap and can be a bit confusing as to which to chose.

Very easy 1 page of 20 questions.Qualifier for another hit.
I messaged requester about some concerns for the hit and they replied very quickly and even offered me a chance to retake the qualifier because I did not pass the first time. I actually passed the 2nd time and qualified for their other hit!

Completion code is very easy to miss at bottom of submit page. You can clearly see it on the page that lets you review your answers. I contacted requester and they wrote back quickly and promised to approve the HIT.
