Lots of AC's, two sections of questions where each question is its own page AND the likert scales flip back and forth between which side "agree" appears on.There's an "attention check" AFTER the survey code which will tell you to return the HIT. THIS IS HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. The requester only has an approval rate of 88%.
Advice to Requester
Please make your likert scales in the same direction from page to page and group multiple questions onto the same page instead of making each its own page.

Very poor formatting with one page per demographic question.Survey Code was an HTML formatting mistake, which I pasted to the HIT box.
Even without bad formatting, a lot of questions for $0.20.
Advice to Requester
The Demographic questions can be put on one page, and for no change in Pay, this will significantly reduce the time required for the HIT.
