Will I be automatically charged when my trial is up?
No. We don't collect any payment information up front, so you'll only be charged if you decide Queuebicle is worth the cost. The trial is designed to allow the app to pay for itself in the first few days, but there's no risk to trying it out.
Do I have to pay more for multiple devices?
No. Your subscription covers unlimited devices and all of TurkerView's advanced features, including Queuebicle. Licenses are tied to your account, not the devices you run our tools on.
When will my trial start?
Whenever you want it to. Your trial doesn't begin until the application is fully installed and set up, so you can watch tutorials, ask questions, and get a feel for things before beginning your trial and get the most of the application.
What if I need a longer trial?
Just let us know. Life can be hectic and we want users to be confident our software improves their quality of life so we're happy to help.
Do you make cancellation difficult?
Absolutely not. You can cancel your subscription with a few clicks at any time from the same page you subscribe from, no questions asked and no waiting on customer support to "process" the cancellation.
